About
Safe Place Congress is the largest event in Poland dedicated to the security of public buildings and critical infrastructure, held under the patronage of institutions that guarantee the highest level of proceedings.
Each year, the event attracts several hundred representatives from key public utility facilities, critical infrastructure, and the commercial sector, as well as scientists and experts.
This year's edition's subject is Resilience of public utility facilities and critical infrastructure to military, hybrid, and criminal threats.

The idea
SAFE PLACE Scientific and Technical Congresses are a platform for exchanging expertise in the field of security. These are the only recurring events where representatives from Poland’s key public utility facilities, national security institutions, the scientific community, and the private security sector, including security managers, soldiers, law enforcement officers, and international experts, can share their experiences on building resilience against military, hybrid, and criminal threats. Each year, the Congress is attended by several hundred participants representing a broad range of institutions.

Safe Place 2024
The 7th International Scientific and Technical Congress SAFE PLACE 2024 will take place on November 27-28, 2024, at the Windsor Hotel in Jachranka near Warsaw. Over the two days of the Congress, there will be 10 thematic sessions featuring several dozen presentations and a number of expert debates. The first day will be held in an international format with simultaneous translations of presentations by foreign experts and practitioners. This year’s Congress has been prepared in a revised and attractive format that combines substantive and practical dimensions, and the entire event will be enhanced by numerous attractions and accompanying activities.
