Information clause for persons using the contact form or registration forms for the Congress

On the basis of the European Parliament's and EU Council's Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter RODO), we kindly inform you that:

  • We will process your personal data included in the contact form or the Congress registration form in order to handle your application.
  • the basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) resulting from your initiation of the action of sending the application.
  • Your data will be processed for no longer than it is necessary to fully service your request, i.e. to take action in relation to the information you have provided or the request you have made, after which time it may be archived and stored for the period of limitation of potential claims or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for commercial or marketing purposes.
  • Your data and other information may be made available to entities authorised by law and to entities cooperating with the Administrator to the extent necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
  • The submition of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to respond to the matter presented by you via the contact form - a consequence of failing to provide data may lead to the inability to respond to the message submitted.

Within the limits of the RODO regulations, you have the right to:

  1. access your data,
  2. rectify (amend) your data,
  3. erasure of your data,
  4. restrict data processing,
  5. object to the processing of your data,
  6. transfer your data,
  7. lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or any other competent supervisory authority, in case the processing of your data violates the applicable regulations,

The handling of the request does not assume the transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area and the need for an automated decision-making processes.
